Great breakfast and fair priceBetter breakfast than in Toronto I got meat pate and a small meat pie with my breakfast wich more like European 1st time in Canada..1 thing i didn't like is that they forgot the onion that I asked for on the side...lol

Waited 10 minutes before being greeted at the door to be seated. Thought it must have been very busy, but once inside we could see that it was fairly empty. Once seated, waited another 10 - 15 minutes...no one came to take drink orders. Such poor service! Can't imagine how long food service would have taken. We walked out.

The pizza is really good

I go to Restaurant Normandin every once in a while. The food is always good and the price is right. Sometimes the service is not up to par. I went there Saturday, the first waitress that had our table was not in a good mood, a second waitress came to our table thinking we were in her section, the first one came back and complained to the Second one that she was in the wrong section, the they both left us and the second one came back saying she would take care of us from now on! we were happy because she was in an excellent mood and served us very well.

Excellent, cheap comfort food.

Food is bad, lots of meat but bad taste and pizza wasn’t even cut and didn’t look like pizza and not cheap 50$ for medium pizza and spaghetti and fries!!!!

Great menu, pleasant service offered in both official languages. We were staying at the hotel across the street and opted to eat at Restaurant Normandin both nights as the menu was extensive and the food above par.

The food was amazing but prepare for a longer waiting than usual. They are really busy in the mornings.

Very unpleasant service. Dinned in twice just because we stayed at the hotel nearby. The first night the waitress forgot our soup. We were OK with that since the platter was big enough. The second night was the worst. The same waitress mixed up the ordered dishes, forgot our salads, was unable to prepare our drinks and in the end after still being nice and tipped her with 7.5%, came back asking for more tip suggesting that 15% is customary. That thing really infuriated me. I told her the tip was fair enough for the service she provided. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Idk why people come here. Slow and forgetful service. Waited 50 minutes for burgers, which were the wrong order 3 times. Small water glasses and no refills it seems. Food is nothing special

We go to this restaurant every time I visit my family in Quebec. This last visit was even better as they updated their menu. And those of us who tried new items really enjoyed them!

We were waiting for an HOUR to get our food. Also, fun fact waiters: we need forks and knives to eat!!!!! The waitress brought the wrong salad and we had to go find forks and knives ourselves. The only reason I am giving one star is because the food was good.

As much as I love Normandin we had a bad service. Waited 30 minutes to get a greeting and be placed to our RESERVATION table. Yes. We did reserve and it took 30 min to get to our table. Once seated, it took an anditionnal 45 minutes to get served. I went twice to talk to the manager and I am usually really patient. We even saw people getting served before us that arrived 25 minutes AFTER us. Was really unpleasant.

Stayed at the hotel when we visited québec and asked if they had a hotel in Montreal when we were moving on. Hotel and restaurant suited us just fine, location restaurant prices. Great value.

Extremely dirty floor, table is sticky, stay away from Poulet Chaud on the menu. Good service.

Service was average, food overall was not very good and their prices was fair. I was disappointed and I will think twice before I return to that restaurant.

Great staff and great food.

Great portions. Pleasant staff. Did not have mashed potatoes but were offered sweet potato fries. They were great. Kids loved the presentation of their meals in cardboard cars. Reasonable pricing.

The food wasn't that good. We waited over 1/2 hr for a salad and chicken wrap. The salad was a Thai Chicken I asked the waitress before I order it if it was spicy she said no . It was way to spicy and my fried chicken that was on top was ice cold. I told the waitress I couldn't it and she said Ok. When she brought me the check my salad was still on the bill. I had to ask her to remove it off the bill.

Stayed at the hotel, so tried out the restaurant. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, it had WAY too much pepperoni. Also, it wasn't even cut. There are no knives in the hotel. Overall, not worth the money, food is horrible. Very disappointing.

Food was good. Service not so much as many others stated. Seems like owners don't care about repeat clients if they still haven't fixed it. Been here before... 2.25 for very tiny 200ml glass of soda(with ice, you get like 150ml of liquid!!) with no free refills. Wow. If you are not offering free refills then at least make the sizes bigger! Teach your waiters to bring more water when it's finished. If they want tips they should do it without guests sitting and waiting for 10 minutes thirsty.
